RETURNS wants to ensure the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the opportunity to return one or more products and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return of products for Italy is free of charge if they comply with the return rules and conditions. Returns from other countries (DDU or DDP) must necessarily be made at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 30 days of delivery and only if they comply with the return standards and conditions.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN uses the right to accept returns or replacements only if they comply with the following:

  • All products are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item/accessory by means of a disposable security seal that guarantees its non-use.
    The product should be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the security seal. The return will only be accepted with the safety seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic or cardboard seal and with corresponding thread. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
  • Products to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, processed or damaged in any way.
  • All other product labels, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
  • Products must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
  • Products to be returned must be physically delivered to the Courier no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, of equal or greater amount must submit the return procedure and place a new order at upon failure to comply with any of the above conditions, reserves the right not to accept the returned products and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.


The Customer will find an instruction form for Returns and Replacements inside the package.

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request with the subject line RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST to hello@umbertogiugliano.itwithin 30 days of receiving the products.

Once the return authorization code is received, the Customer may proceed to send the package: from Italy free of charge where applicable by following the directions of the customer service representative; from the rest of the world, the cost of shipping and responsibility for the package will be borne by the Customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: is not responsible for any loss or damage due to improper packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type of the same.
All returned products will be carefully inspected by Umberto Giugliano Boutique staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items.
In addition, it is strictly prohibited, even in cases of geographical proximity, to make the return/exchange of the product in Umberto Giugliano Boutique stores.


If the return procedure has been performed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an e-mail of acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit to credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
There may be a few days between the date the return is received and the date the refund is issued. Refunds are made in the same currency of purchase. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be refunded.
