SHIPMENTS
Shipping is free in Italy for orders of 150.00 Euro or more; in Europe (DDP) for orders of 250.00 Euro or more.
Umbertogiugliano.com ships to Italy and the World with DHL and therefore adheres to the rates guaranteed by the selected courier.
Orders are processed and shipped during the following working hours:
Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 CET.
On Saturday, from 09:00 to 12:30, orders are only processed and then shipped by courier on Monday of the following week.
Upon payment of the products, the shipment will be handled within 24h.
Ordered products will be carefully packaged with exclusive packaging and delivered to the couriers with relevant mandatory documents.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
When delivering the goods, the Customer is required to carefully inspect the package received before signing the delivery document. If the package has been tampered with or is not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery document subject to confirmation or refuse the delivery. Any irregularities should be reported promptly to the local DHL office and to Umbertogiugliano.com by sending an e-mail to our customer service department at hello@umbertogiugliano.com
If the Customer refuses delivery, all shipping costs and any customs charges will be borne by the Customer. If for any reason the goods are not delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during registration, the latter will be shipped back to our premises at the Customer's expense. In this case, Umbertogiugliano.com will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
At any time you can check the status of your delivery using the DHL tracking service. You will be able to check the code or delivery status in real time in your personal account section on Umbertogiugliano.com.
DELIVERY COUNTRIES
Umbertogiugliano.com ships worldwide.
Worldwide shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the delivery address.
DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipments are sent to EU countries for which VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are sent to Non-EU countries not subject to VAT on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES.
The term and time of delivery depends on the destination of the products.
In Italy (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within two working days after shipment;
In EU countries (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within four working days after shipment;
In Extra-EU countries (DDU) delivery is approximately expected within four to five working days after shipment;
In the rest of the world: delivery is approximately expected within one week after shipment.
