1. Our business policy

1.1 The Seller conducts its e-commerce business exclusively with respect to its end users who have reached the age of majority and who are "consumers".

1.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the submission of order proposals for the purchase of products available on by the user and the acceptance thereof by the Seller.

2. Information directed to the conclusion of the contract with the Seller pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003.

2.1 In order to conclude a contract for the purchase of one or more products on, you must send electronically a purchase order proposal to the Seller by filling in the form available on and following the relevant instructions.

2.2 Before transmitting the proposed order, please remember to read carefully the General Conditions of Sale and theRight of Withdrawal Notice, print a copy through the print command and store or reproduce a copy for your personal use. 2.4 Transmission of the order proposal to the Seller constitutes a binding purchase proposal for you. You will therefore be required to identify and correct any data entry errors before transmitting your order proposal.

2.5 Once your order proposal has been transmitted, you will receive an automated email from the Seller confirming receipt of your order proposal. Receipt of the aforementioned email does not constitute acceptance of your proposed order.

2.6 The contract is concluded when your order proposal is accepted by the Seller. The Seller will send you a second email to confirm acceptance of your order proposal and successful shipment of the products. This email will also contain a copy of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Right of Withdrawal summary document.

2.7 The order proposal transmitted to the Vendor will be stored in our database for the period of time required to process order proposals accepted by the Vendor and otherwise within the terms of the law. 2.9 The Seller may not accept your proposed purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of products.

In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not accepted your proposed purchase order specifying the reasons. If the products, presented on, are no longer available or on sale at the time of receipt or processing of your proposed purchase order, it will be the responsibility of the Seller to notify you, promptly and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you have transmitted your proposed order to the Seller, of the unavailability of the products. 3. Guarantees and indication of product prices

3.1 The Seller sells only premium and luxury brand products. These products are purchased directly by the Seller from fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.

3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or substandard products that are inferior to the corresponding standards offered in the market. Only vintage items that are presented in the specific section of, due to their particular nature, may be used and/or in a condition of obvious wear and tear. In the description of each vintage product will take care to specify the condition of the garment presented if it differs from the standards offered on the market.

3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products presented on may not correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order proposal. In the event that there is a recognizable error in the indication - by Umberto Giugliano Boutique - of the price of a product or in the calculation of the amount requested in payment, Umberto Giugliano Boutique will not accept the order proposal and will contact the user in order to offer the opportunity to transmit the order proposal for the purchase of the product(s) at the correct price.

3.7 All products sold by Umberto Giugliano Boutique are covered by the legal warranty of twenty-four (24) months for conformity defects, in accordance with applicable law. The lack of conformity of the product must be communicated to the Seller within two (2) months from its discovery. The lack of conformity can be reported to the Seller by contacting Customer Service. In case of lack of conformity you have the right to request repair or replacement of the product. 4. Payments

4.1 For payment of the price of the products and related shipping and delivery costs you may follow one of the methods indicated in the order proposal form. Under no circumstances will you be charged any costs in excess of those actually incurred by the Seller, in relation to the payment instrument you have chosen.

4.2 In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the number of the credit/debit card or the date of its expiration) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Banca Intesa San Paolo or other banks, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able, in any way, to access it. Such information, moreover, will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any returns of products, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on The price for the purchase of products and shipping costs, as indicated in the order proposal, will be charged to your bank account when the purchased products are shipped.

7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within one hundred (30) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on

To request return authorization, you must send a request with the subject line RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST to the e-mail address within thirty (30) days starting from the receipt of the delivery of your order.

7.3 Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal from the contract, you must return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment, according to the procedures specified in the section: Shipping Information, Delivery and Payments, within thirty (30) days starting from the receipt of the delivery of your order.

7.4 The right of withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and conditions described in the preceding paragraphs - shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are also fully complied with:

  1. The return will be accepted only if the tag and the security seal are perfectly intact. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the tag and security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
  2. Products to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, processed or damaged in any way.
  3. All product labels, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items in it).
  5. Products must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to you and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
  6. The products to be returned must be physically delivered to the Courier no later than fourteen (14) days beginning when you have notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;

7.6 The sums will be refunded to you in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedures, once we have verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above.

7.7 If the terms and conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal, referred to in the letters of paragraph 7.4 above, or in the case referred to in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts already paid to the Seller. 8. Timing and method of refund

8.1 Whichever method of payment you used, the refund due, in full or in part, shall be activated by the Seller, as soon as possible and in any case within one hundred (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verifying the proper execution of your right of withdrawal and checking the returned products.

8.2 The Seller shall make the refund using the same means of payment that you used to purchase the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller to use a different means of payment and provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a consequence of the refund.
